All sales are final due to the nature of our products (hygiene & custom packaging). We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at Extensionsbymm@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and photos.

Bundles must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for any resolution.
